Hop into Spring

This quilt pattern is made by Satomi Hoar of Satomi Quilts. The Cottontail Rabbits quilt is traditionally pieced and recommended for advanced beginner quilters and above.

The pattern includes step-by-step instructions with many diagrams for four sizes: a crib (55″ x 48″), a throw (72” x 63″), a twin (95″ x 78″) and a queen (107″ x 90″). It also includes the cutting table for a single block. The finished block size is 20″ x 12″. As you can see below, the main fabric for each bunny can be cut from a fat quarter.

This pattern is due to arrive the end of March. Since Easter isn’t until April 20th this year, it is not too late to celebrate the season. But, it would make a darling quilt all year!

Wrap Up in a Cuppa

The PATCHWORK MUGS quilt designed by Satomi Quilts, is traditionally pieced and is recommended for advanced beginner quilters and up. The pattern includes instructions for one size (large throw: 66″ x 75″), but there are three mug versions: tree, heart, and star. All are adorable.

Each version is fat-quarter friendly and has step-by-step instructions with many diagrams. The pattern includes tables to make each single block.

The finished block size measures 15″ x 18″ so it would make a darling placemat as well. Or make it large enough to make a tablecloth.

The cover quilts are made with Kona cottons. The patterns are due to arrive early in March so place your orders now.
