In this third of a four part series (#CAH347), the Salem Guild Meeting is in session! This is the last of the embroidery panels so your customers can have all of them completed before the finishing pattern is released!
All three embroidery panels measure 15″ x 42″. With the addition of the pieced blocks included in the final pattern in the series being released later this year, the final quilt will measure 57″ x 72″.
Be sure to have the recommended Cosmos thread on hand. For ease of ordering, they are all listed as companions to each pattern on the Checker website.
Order the first two patterns (#CAH345 and #CAH346) so those shop hoppers can buy the collection – and offer the flosses required as a kit as well. You know they like one stop shopping!
Start a family tradition by creating your own bedtime stories based on this quilt! Start now, and the panels could be done by Halloween!
Summertime – and the kitting is easy…..because In the Patches has created quality crafts for kids. These projects include everything you need – the wool (yes real wool), the dowel rod, and even the glue stick. Sit down with your favorite child and start a tradition today! There are fifteen critters to choose from:
Rille Rabbit (WKP16001) and Stella Bee (WKP16002)
Olivia Owl (WKP16003) and Kaylee Bug (WKP16004)
Khloe Fox (WKP16005) and Ella Elephant (WKP16006)
Dax Puppy (WKP16007) and Macie Monkey (WKP16008)
Chip Fish (WKP16009) and EJ Monster (WKP16010) – he is so scarry we can’t even show you the picture!
Ava Cat (#WKP16011 and Lily Pig (#WKP16012)
Liam Lion (#WKP16013) and Benjamin Bear (#WKP16014)
Fred Frog (#WKP16015)
These kits are due in any day. Why not make this a weekly project – and then combine the individual blocks into a quilt when they are complete? Now that’s a craft that keeps on giving….
These are not our grandmother’s string quilts! But, for the same reasons our grandmothers loved string quilts, you will too.
String Quilt Style (#L26821) includes all of the techniques Mary M. Hogan used to create these striking quilts. In this case a picture is worth a thousand words and here is just a sampling of the fourteen projects included in the book:
What a great opportunity to dig into your scraps and experiment with color! Use these techniques as a stepping stone to create your own unique designs. Who knew that such a time honored technique could create such striking, modern quilts?
I LOVE these new patterns by Quiltworx. Each pattern provides the opportunity to teach Judy’s classic techniques by creating a smaller project that can be completed in one sitting!
The Impatiens pattern (#JNQ00215P1) provides enough papers to make (4) five-petal flowers that are 18″ in diameter. This floral series is the first time that they have included the quilting designs on newsprint with the pattern so you can trace it right onto your finished petals.
Don’t let the shape intimidate you. The pattern includes a link to a video featuring Judy showing you how to bind these beauties!
The pattern includes (4) Stitch-N-Peel Flower Centers – it can’t get any easier than this!
The Dogwood (#JNQ00215P2) and African Violets (#JNQ00215P3) provide enough papers to make (4) four-petal flowers as well. They also include patterns for machine quilting and the floral centers. Remove the intimidation factor by watching Judy bind the flowers. All three patterns are fat quarter and yardage friendly so they are easy to kit.
Why not let your customers choose their own gardens by ordering all three? They will be arriving this month – just in time for summer classes!
