Patrick Lose brings the Soda Fountain to the Quilt Shop
Mar 8th, 2010 by Penny Haren
Patrick Lose is an industry legend and brought us the original tone on tones that absolutely changed the industry! Â His latest – Fizz with Robert Kaufman – are the best I have seen in a very long time! Â Who can resist polka dots – and who would have thought that they could be made into a tone on tone? Â I simply don’t know how he does it!
Patrick is known for “happy” with a capital “H”! Â And, Fizz is just that – even the names make you smile!
Item #APL9801197 Tropical
Item #APL980118 Grape
Item #APL9801112 Ice
But Patrick included other colors that would be perfect for T-Shirt quilts and our winter holidays. Â Who could resist this black in a Halloween quilt or the reds at Christmas! Â After all, what isn’t fun about Licorice???
Item #APL9801182 Licorice
Item #APL980198 Strawberry
Item #APL9801113 Cranberry
These fabrics are not available until the end of May – but you need to order them now!!!! Â They are just too good to resist. Â Check out the website (http://www.checkerdist.com/products/fabrics/?f_l=4862&page=1&f_d=31438)Â to see all of the colors – or make a statement and order the whole line. Â There are only 17 fabrics in the line – and you will choose them over and over again!

Glad you like Fizz, Penny! Thank for the kind words. I’m having a blast creating with it. My “Upwardly Mobile” pattern (already available from Checker) is a fun example of how Fizz can be used
Cheers!
Patrick
